The router can be provided, with a fixed or dynamic IP address depending on your need, but you are perfectly free to use your own if you prefer. Business services are available. We do not, however, provide television or telephony: we are a network operator, not a bundle provider. If those services matter to you, a consumer operator will suit you better.

FTTH is shared fibre: the bandwidth is shared with the other subscribers connected to the same equipment, and that is what makes it affordable. FTTO is dedicated fibre with guaranteed bandwidth and a contractual restoration time — 4 or 8 working hours depending on the offer — from €99 per month with a 36-month commitment. In practice: FTTH for an individual or a small organisation, FTTO when an outage costs you money and you need a repair deadline written into the contract.

No. We are a neutral operator: we do not block sites, we do not throttle protocols and we do not degrade particular uses. The only filtering we apply is the baseline filtering of incoming malicious traffic, before it reaches your network.

It depends entirely on your situation: whether fibre is already present in the building or the street, what works are needed, and which infrastructure operator is involved. We give you a realistic lead time with the quotation, once eligibility has been checked.
