Frequently asked questions about FTTO
Connection, restoration guarantee, and what really separates FTTO from FTTH.

FTTH is shared fibre: the bandwidth is shared with the other subscribers connected to the same equipment, and that is what makes it affordable. FTTO is dedicated fibre, with guaranteed bandwidth that does not depend on your neighbours and a restoration time written into the contract. In practice: FTTO makes sense as soon as an outage costs you money.
What restoration guarantee do you offer?
Four or eight working hours depending on the offer, contractually. That is the fundamental difference from a consumer offer, where restoration happens as best the operator can manage with no committed deadline.
How much does it cost?
From €49 per month subject to the eligibility of your address, and from €99 per month on our guaranteed-bandwidth tiers, with a 36-month commitment, plus installation fees. The exact price is set by quotation, because it depends on your address, the guaranteed bandwidth chosen and any connection works needed. Give us the address and we will price it.
Is the router provided?
We can provide it, but nothing obliges you to take it: if you already have a router you know how to administer, you keep it and we deliver the link. That is common among customers who have their own filtering rules or their own monitoring.
How do I know whether I am eligible?
By contacting us: eligibility depends on your exact address and on the infrastructure deployed up to your building, so there is no general answer. Tell us where you are and we will check.
Do you apply traffic restrictions?
No. We are a neutral operator: we do not block sites, throttle protocols or degrade particular uses. All ports are open. The only filtering we apply is of inbound malicious traffic, before it reaches your network. We do not, however, provide television or telephony.
